We will discuss growing and covering techniques for winter, the materials needed, maintenance required, and share tips for troubleshooting and success. This class is designed for the backyard gardener looking to take it to the next level.

Join Chef Katie Baker from A Gracious Plate to learn the craft of handmade pasta. You will spend time in the kitchen making stuffed butternut squash ravioli from start to finish including the finishing touches of a brown butter sauce and toasted walnuts. You will learn the essentials of dough preparation, from kneading and rolling to shaping and stuffing. Chef Katie will break down the steps of making pasta into a conquerable process. Take home Chef Katie’s recipe just in time for the holidays and leave having dined on your class creation.

Stephanie and Alex will walk you through how to make a modern decorative wreath with dried materials that will last for seasons. You will get to make your own wreath from a selection of dried foliage and flowers, ribbon and decorative embellishments as you sip wine.
