The Herbal First Aid Kit

Herbalist and resident farmer Liesel McCleary will discuss and demonstrate how to use common herbs in a first aid setting. Participants will be introduced to an herbal approach to basic wound care, including herbal preparations, actions and applications.

You will learn how to build an herbal first aid kit to suit your specific needs and will go home with a basic herbal first aid kit, including recipes and resources. This class will be held in the Farmstead located right next to the greenhouse, and complimentary hot tea will be provided.
