
The Art of Hosting: Build the Perfect Board

Join Executive Chef Brandon Peterson and Banquet Sous Chef Allen Moses for a hands-on workshop focused on creating festive holiday hosting boards.
The class begins with a live demonstration where you’ll learn techniques for styling cheeses, crafting charcuterie elements such as salami roses and river folds, and assembling boards with balanced flavor pairings. The chefs will also demonstrate how to make butter boards with compound butters and seasonal garnishes.
After the demo, guests will build their own hosting board using a spread of cheeses, cured meats, vegetables, fruits, spreads, nuts, breads, and butters. Each participant will take home their completed board, ready to serve or enjoy.
This workshop offers practical skills, professional instruction, and a variety of seasonal ingredients to help you create impressive boards for holiday entertaining.
