Sweet Potato Scones

Sous Chef Lara St. Clair leads this entry level baking class focused on scones. During this workshop, participants will prepare sweet potato scones with a butterfly pea glaze and learn the steps to creating apple butter from scratch, all while sipping on a complimentary mimosa or specialty coffee. Leave with recipe cards, your own portion of homemade apple butter, and your handmade scones (if you can bear to not eat them during the class)!
