Join us for an engaging and hands-on workshop with Executive Chef Brandon Peterson, where you’ll learn the art of pickling using both cold and hot techniques. This workshop is perfect for anyone interested in preserving farm-fresh vegetables and creating delicious pickled treats.
You will explore the fundamentals of cold pickling and hot pickling, selecting the best farm-fresh vegetables from our beautiful garden, and applying techniques for pickling cucumbers, onions, and heirloom tomatoes. Guests will have the opportunity to package your beautiful pickled creations in mason jars to take home and enjoy!
