Join Executive Chef Brandon Peterson at Finley Farms for an intermediate pasta-making class in the Riverside Room below the Ozark Mill.
Explore the art of filled pastas as you craft Ravioli, Agnolotti, and Tortellini. You’ll learn to make a Ricotta Spinach filling, perfectly paired with Pomodoro or Parsley Pesto.
Enhance your experience with an optional wine flight to savor alongside your culinary creations. ($15 per person)
