New Year’s Eve at The Garrison

Ring in the New Year with us at the Garrison, enjoying an unforgettable evening of elegance and celebration. Indulge in a decadent 6-course meal designed to close out an old year with unforgettable memories, including poached lobster, prime filet, and a Garrison take on a classic Southern dish that is said to bring luck into the new year.

Evening Itinerary:
– 6 pm: Doors open. Guests can enjoy a complimentary welcome cocktail and order from the bar. (Please note any further beverages must be purchased separately and are not included in the ticket price.)
– 6:30 pm: Dinner service begins.
– 8:30 pm: Dinner is set to conclude. VIP experience will end later.

Personalize your experience through various upgrades:
– Wine Flight: The perfect meal needs a perfect pairing; enjoy a wine flight to enjoy throughout the courses.
– Bottles of Champagne: Order a bottle of champagne for your table to sip throughout the night.
– Enhanced Menu – Begin the meal with enhancements for the whole table: Oyster service (sold by the 1/2 dozen), truffle shavings on your appetizers, or caviar service featuring Osetra, Trout, and Hackleback.

VIP Experience:
For a private and exclusive experience, rent out our pantry room for up to 8 guests. This option includes additional courses featuring truffles, caviar, foie gras, and more – presented by the chefs, as well as beverage pairings curated by our sommelier.

This dinner, like many of our other events, is a social experience – either seated with friends or strangers who become friends. To ensure seating with your group, please reserve under one name. Tables can accommodate up to 6.
