– Understanding Energetics – Week 1 – Experience gentle movement and mindful breath in this Qigong class designed to reduce stress and restore energetic balance from within.
– Breathwork – Week 2 -Discover powerful techniques to calm the mind, ease tension, and center your body.
– Mental Reset– Week 3 – A guided thought work class to help you reframe stress, clam your mind, and create more peace from within.
– Somatic Practices – Week 4 – Reconnect with your body through gentle, somatic therapy based & intentional movements designed to release stored tension.
This series is perfect for anyone seeking practical tools to navigate life’s pressures with more ease and presence. Together, we’ll create a space for healing, self-care, and empowerment.
