Culinary Herbs as Medicine

Join herbalist Liesel McCleary in a conversation exploring the many medicinal uses of common culinary herbs and other accessible grocery store items such as rosemary, oregano, mint, and more. From first aid applications to respiratory or digestive ailments, the remedy can be found in a grocery store aisle. Class participants will learn about herbal preparations, actions and applications, and will receive recipes and resources to take home. Complementary herbal tea will be provided.
