
A Slice of the Season: A Holiday Pie Workshop

Join the Chefs of Finley Farms for a hands-on holiday pie decorating workshop.
You will start by rolling out dough, fitting it into a pan, and learning decorative techniques like lattice work, braiding, stamping, and seasonal cutouts.
Each participant will receive two pre-filled 10-inch pies (one peach cranberry and one bumbleberry) along with premade dough and pastry tools to design their own decorative tops.
After assembling your pies, they will be baked and boxed for you to take home. While they bake, the chefs will demonstrate how to make pie dough from scratch, roll and shape it, prepare classic fillings, work with meringue, and make simple accompaniments like whipped cream.
Every guest will leave with two finished pies, recipe cards, and the skills to recreate these holiday favorites at home.
Tickets must be purchased directly through Finley Farms, and no refunds will be issued for tickets purchased through third-party sellers.
