A Slice of the Season: A Holiday Pie Workshop

Join Executive Chef Brandon Peterson and Pastry Chef Jane Pulga for a festive, hands-on pie decorating class that celebrates the holiday season.

Begin with a live demonstration to learn how to make pie dough, roll it out, and create lattice, braided, and cut-out designs you can easily repeat at home.

Next, decorate two pre-filled 10-inch pies: one peach cranberry and one bumbleberry. All supplies, including dough, rolling pins, and fall-themed cutters, are provided. While your pies bake and are boxed to take home, Chef Brandon will demonstrate how to make pumpkin, apple, and chocolate fillings, along with homemade whipped cream and meringue.

Each guest will leave with two finished pies, recipe cards, and the skills to bake confidently for the holidays.
