Surrounded by blooming flowers and rows of growing veggies, you’ll watch as Executive Chef Brandon Peterson and his team skillfully prepare your meal right before your eyes, using time-honored fire cooking techniques that bring out the best in every ingredient.
Guests will gather at communal tables set right in the heart of The Farm, sharing a seasonal meal featuring dishes like slow roasted bone-in ribeye, cedar plank pacific salmon, chimichurri potatoes, and lump crab and sweet corn salad.
Everything is inspired by what’s growing just steps away.
The evening begins with farm-crafted drinks and ends by the coals with handcrafted s’mores and good conversation under the stars.
