Herbs for Summer Wellness

Join resident farmer and herbalist Liesel McCleary for a discussion on herbs that support wellness as we move through the seasons.

This class will highlight herbs for the summer months and include an introduction to herbal energetics, with a focus on cooling and hydrating herbs, summer exhaustion, and late-summer allergy support.

Participants will learn about herbal preparations, actions, and applications, and will receive recipes and resources to take home.

The class will be held in the Farmstead building next to the greenhouse. Herbal tea will be provided.
