
Prepare for the holidays with an array of festive gluten-free treats! We’ll be baking some traditional favorites along with a few delightful Norwegian sweets in class.
Our delicious menu includes Norwegian cardamom donuts, thumbprint cookies, molasses spice cookies, almond “Serinakaker” shortbread cookies, and cranberry-chocolate quickbread.
At the end of the session, we’ll enjoy a “cookie exchange” where we taste each other’s creations and take some goodies home to share.
