Do I need a reservation?
Please note, The Ozark Mill Restaurant accepts walk-ins and reservations for parties up to 14. The Garrison, our fine dining restaurant, recommends reservations. Reservations open 30 days in advance at 10AM. For private parties, please fill out our special event form. The Workshop offers open seating in various areas, such as tables, the fireplace, picnic tables, and the patio. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that they do not take reservations.

What is your cancellation policy?
For Workshops and Events, full refunds are available up to 2 weeks before the event. Cancellations made 1 week before the event will receive a 50% refund. Refunds are not available the week of the event.  Should you be unable to attend, we will do our best to fill your spot through our waitlist. Questions? Shoot us an email.

Is Finley Farms accessible?
Handicap parking for The Ozark Mill is located directly in front of The Mill. When entering The Mill, there are ramps on either side of the front door. Ramps also provide access to the main dining room and the patio overlooking the Finley River.

Where do I park?
Able-bodied patrons should park in the brick parking lot overlooking The Ozark Mill. This is accessible by turning left at the entryway's four-way stop or off of McCracken Road. Finley Farms parking is for customers only. No overnight parking is allowed. For customers with oversized vehicles or RVs, please call 417-210-6644 for parking information.

Are pets allowed at Finley Farms?
Well-behaved pups on leashes are welcome throughout our outdoor spaces except for The Ozark Mill patio. Service animals are allowed inside facilities with proper documentation. For information on what constitutes a service animal, see the American Disabilities Act website.

What are your photography and videography rules?
Photography is strictly prohibited inside Finley Farms buildings. Photographers must pay a sitting fee to snap photos outdoors. To request a photo pass, please fill out our photoshoot inquiry form. Daily passes are $50. Annual passes are $600. No video will be allowed on site without marketing approval. Drones are not allowed on property.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?
Outside food and drink, including coolers, is not permitted. However, The Ozark Mill, The General Store and The Workshop offer many convenient dining and snack options.

Do you offer site tours?
To ensure we provide the best experience, site tours at Finley Farms are by appointment only. If you're considering hosting a private event with us and want to learn more about our beautiful venues, please submit an event inquiry form. Our event experts will review your request and reach out to schedule a personalized tour if applicable.

Is there a corkage fee?
Guests who choose to bring their own bottle of wine to property restaurants will be charged a corkage fee. This fee is $25 at The Garrison and $15 at The Ozark Mill Restaurant.

Do you offer any discounts?
Finley Farms offers a 10% dining discount for Military and uniformed first responders.

Where can I buy gift cards?
Finley Farms gift cards can be purchased online or at The Workshop and The Ozark Mill during operating hours.

What should I do if I lost an item?
If you have lost a personal item, please email [email protected].

What are The General Store’s hours?
The General Store is open the same hours as The Ozark Mill Restaurant. It is the perfect place to shop for gifts or while you wait for your table.

How do I request a donation?
Finley Farms donates to many local causes. Submit a donation request here.

Do I have to pay to get in?
No. You do not have to pay an entry fee to explore Finley Farms.

What is there to do?
While visiting Finley Farms, there are a variety of historic and nature-based attractions to explore. Start by grabbing a cup of coffee or bite to eat at The Workshop, then stroll through our urban farm. Next, you'll see the historic Riverside Bridge. Stroll across the historic structure to see the Finley River from above or continue across to find our riverfront chapel. When you cross back over the bridge, head inside The Ozark Mill to shop inside The General Store, dine at our riverfront farm-to-table restaurant or explore our unique event spaces.
