Join us for an intimate evening under the stars as we explore the wonders of the night sky. Designed for a small group of guests, this guided stargazing experience offers plenty of time to observe celestial objects through a telescope, learn about what you’re seeing, and ask questions along the way.
We’ll begin by identifying some of the best-known constellations and star patterns visible overhead before turning our attention to the night’s featured sights. Depending on the season and sky conditions, guests may observe planets, star clusters, nebulae, galaxies, and double stars, while learning the stories and science behind each one.
As the evening unfolds, we’ll also discuss the importance of protecting our dark skies and the ongoing preservation efforts taking place at Finley Farms and throughout the City of Ozark.
Whether you’re a seasoned stargazer or simply curious about the night sky, this experience offers a unique opportunity to slow down, look up, and discover the beauty far beyond our fields and riverbanks.
Because clear skies are essential for viewing, this experience may be rescheduled in the event of rain or excessive cloud cover. If needed, the rain date will be November 14.
