Finley Farms Executive Chef Brandon Peterson invites you to join us for an entry level pasta making class in The Riverside Room beneath The Ozark Mill. Learn the basics of creating pastas such as Pappardelle, Fettuccine, and Tagliatelle from scratch, as well as classic sauces such as Pomodoro, Alfredo, and Pesto.
