Join resident farmer and herbalist Liesel McCleary for a discussion on herbs that support wellness through the changing seasons.
This class will highlight herbs for autumn and include an introduction to herbal energetics, with a focus on nourishing herbs, roots, mushrooms, and immune-supportive botanicals.
Participants will learn about herbal preparations, actions, and applications, and will receive recipes and resources to take home.
The class will be held in the Farmstead building next to the greenhouse, and herbal tea will be provided.
