Join us for our most‑loved summer culinary class: Quick Pickle Making with Executive Chef Brandon Peterson.

This hands‑on workshop explores both cold and hot pickling techniques using peak‑season, farm‑fresh vegetables.
The experience begins with a guided farm tour led by one of our farmers, highlighting what’s currently in season as you walk the grounds and harvest inspiration straight from the garden.

Back to The Market Shed, you’ll pickle a variety of farm fresh vegetables, then package your creations in mason jars to take home and enjoy.
