For good and valuable consideration, you accept full responsibility for and agree not to make a claim against or sue, and hereby release Ozark Mill, L.L.C. and any and all of its employees, agents and affiliated or related companies (collectively “Owner”) for bodily injury, property damage, death, medical expenses or any other losses of any kind which are sustained by you in connection with your participation in the subject purchased Workshop, even if said injuries, damages, death, expenses or losses are caused in whole or in part by the negligence of Owner.
Tickets are non-refundable/ non- transferable once payment is processed. If a guest are unable to attend a class, they may transfer their reservation to another person to attend in their place. Finley Farms shall reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any special event for any reason or time at its discretion. Guests will receive a full refund if cancellation is made by Finley Farms.
All ages are welcome to attend workshops unless otherwise stated in the workshop description. If a person is under the age of 16, we ask that they be accompanied by an adult. Normal ticket rates apply.
