Kombucha 101

Learn the basics of brewing kombucha at home and how to trouble-shoot common challenges alongside Chris and Jessica Ollis of Spring Branch Kombucha. During the class, you’ll experience a demonstration of the initial steps of homebrewing and get to ask the Spring Branch team all the kombucha questions your heart desires. At the end of the workshop, you’ll take home a SCOBY, a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast used in the production of kombucha, along with a can of Spring Branch Kombucha.

Originally scheduled for January 26, this class has been postponed to February 9.
