Think like a chef and cook like a chef, just in time for Thanksgiving! Chef Anna Saunders leads this interactive cooking class where participants will hone in their culinary skills—from the art of recipe creation to menu planning. During the class, students will work together to practice meal planning from a mystery basket, along with taste-testing the foods prepared in different cooking methods. Students will take away a better understanding of the “art of food” along with newfound creativity for cooking at home. Attendees will take home a variety of fall treats and recipes made during the class.
