Each participant will create a personalized oxymel to take home\, along with recipes and resources for continued learning.  \nOxymels and shrubs are herbal vinegars infused with herbs and honey. They’re a flavorful way to incorporate herbs into your daily routine for fun\, wellness\, and everyday enjoyment. \nShrubs are sweet preparations made with herbs and fruit\, often enjoyed as a refreshing drink mixed with sparkling water. Oxymels\, on the other hand\, can be either sweet or savory and offer a wider range of uses and applications. \nAll materials are included\, and herbal tea will be provided.
