Allergy Friendly Cooking

If you experience food allergies or sensitivities, meal planning can feel restrictive. Private Chef Anna Saunders offers a different opinion: Substitutions can be fun and even taste better than mainstream offerings! During this class, Chef Anna teaches students tips on navigating dietary preferences, from ways to tweak your favorite recipes, to providing inspiration on allergy friendly dishes. This class will focus primarily on the most common food allergies, including dairy, eggs, gluten and nuts.
